Nicholas Bauman is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with global experience coaching senior leaders across government, academia, defense, media, and telecommunications sectors. His work integrates behavioral science, systems thinking, and cross-cultural leadership to support executive effectiveness and organizational transformation. Nicholas brings deep expertise in leadership assessment, culture change, and strategic alignment, shaped by international consulting and executive leadership experience.
Nicholas is a highly effective coach who specializes in helping individuals improve their ability to manage themselves and others, gain strategic clarity, and enhance their overall performance. He is recognized as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. Nicholas has worked with clients from diverse sectors, including the private sector, government, and NGOs (see attached partial list of clients).
His early career focused on the behavior sciences, working at an executive development center, university teaching, and a private practice. Later, in a career change, Nicholas became a director of an international trading company.
Currently he is the principal of Nicholas Bauman & Associates, Inc. located in the Washington DC area. He also partners with leading consulting organizations focusing primarily on leadership development, coaching, strategic planning, and organizational transformation.
Born and raised in Venezuela, Nicholas is fully bilingual. He has gained professional experience in numerous Hispanic countries, as well as in the European and APEC regions. This experience has equipped him with a diverse skill set and global perspective that he brings to coaching.
