Dr. Tina Frizzell-Jenkins, PCC – Executive Coach
Dr. Frizzell-Jenkins brings over 20 years of leadership development experience designing and delivering high-impact coaching programs across federal, corporate, and entrepreneurial sectors. She previously held senior leadership roles at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, where she managed agency-wide coaching initiatives and coached leaders at all levels, including Senior Executives. Her strengths-based, whole-person coaching approach emphasizes emotional intelligence, executive presence, strategic career planning, and sustainable performance, supporting transformative clarity and long-term leadership effectiveness.
