Dr. Tina Frizzell-Jenkins is dedicated to cultivating the unique potential in every individual

of the journey. Dr. Tina places a high priority on confidentiality, fostering trust, and ensuring

Dr. Tina has worked across government, corporate, and entrepreneurial sectors, providing
coaching to C-suite executives, mid-level leaders, emerging talent, and students. Her
coaching philosophy centers on the idea of "resisting the ordinary to achieve the
extraordinary," to help clients achieve their desired results swiftly through self-awareness
and maximizing potential.
Leadership Engagements
With over 30 years of experience in coaching program management, project leadership,
and team development, Dr. Tina has left an indelible mark on her clients and the
organizations she serves. During her tenure at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center
(GSFC), she served as the Coaching Program Manager and professional coach within theO?ice of Human Resources. In this role, she led the development, implementation, and
management of the GSFC coaching program, providing coaching to all levels of NASA
personnel, including Senior Executives. Her leadership extended to managing the Center's
acquisition of Agency coaching funds and serving on the Agency Coaching Program
Strategy Team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Dr. Tina's expertise spans both federal and corporate sectors. Her federal clients include
NASA, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the
Federal Reserve Board, the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), and the
U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Her corporate clients include independent
insurance companies, Volition, Inc., Sister Diamond, CI International, and UCB.
